Emily Tilelli is a London based casting director and a member of both the Casting Directors Association and the Casting Directors Guild. With a wealth of experience in casting commercials, TV series, digital projects and film (having spent 12 years casting for leading production houses in both Australia and the UK), Emily founded London-based casting consultancy ET Casting in early 2011.
ET Casting isn't just a one woman show. Casting Director Zita Zutic Konak joined in 2016 bringing her own special brand of creative magic to the office! With more than 30 years of experience between them, Emily and Zita have quite literally cast thousands of TV commercials which have been featured in the likes of Campaign, Shots, Adweek and have been internationally recognised for winning awards at various international advertising festivals.
Emily and Zita are supported by Casting Associate Bex Reynolds who passionately works across all project and manages the day-to-day running of the office. Team ET also consists of London's best casting researchers and most fearless street-casters. This is a multilingual office that LOVES the variety and fast pace of casting commercials for production companies worldwide. A selection of our favourite and current commercials featuring both talented actors and real people are featured here on the ET Casting website.
Many of ET Casting’s short and feature films have been nominated for or have won various prestigious and globally recognised awards such as Cannes Lions, British International Film Festival, Raindance, Palm Springs, Sundance and BAFTA. In fact, Emily and Zita have won best casting of a feature film at the UK’s Casting Directors Association awards in both 2019 and 2021.
ET Casting continue to champion new talent and advocate for representation on screen.
